The Management of Abuja Continental Hotel has said that staff welfare and guest experience are at the heart of its transformation drive to remain Nigeria’s leading luxury hotel.
Cluster Director, Human Resources, Continental Hotel Group, Niyi Agoro, who disclosed this in a statement hinted the hotel has increased investments in employee wellbeing as part of a wider plan to improve service delivery for guests and patrons.

He punctured the recent onslaught against the hotel by the Trade Union Congress stressing that it was needless in spite of the cordial relationship between the hotel workers and management
