A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, has fixed November 20, for judgment in the alleged terorism charge filed against Biafran agitator, Nnamdi Kanu, by the Federal Government.
Justice James Omotosho fixed the date on account of Kanu’s refusal to open his defence in the ongoing trial.
Kanu had previously filed a motion on Friday challenging his trial on the ground that the earlier Terrorism Prevention and Prohibition Act had been repealed and as such, there’s no valid charges against him.
