Trans Atlantic Garden,Okene is set to light up this year’s Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year celebrations in Kogi Central of Kogi State.
All sons and daughters from the zone will gather at different events and locations to mark each day with funfair to mark the season of the celebration, a statement said on Thursday.
It added:”Popular among he events that attract huge visitors from far and near is the annual Old School Picnic organized by Ebira Gentlemen Club. It is a forebearer for the creme de la creme of the society from within and overseas.
“Other prominent and popular events for all ages include the yearly Ebira Carnival and Unique De Friends Club that brings friends, families and visitors together to rejoice and celebrate the year end.”
The Annual Family Funfair and Friends Connect Day will seal the events and open the door for the New Year 2026 to usher in the new year, according to the statement.
Held every January 01 of the new year, it attracts children, parents and well-wishers to connect and share joyful season to mark the beginning of a new year.
It said:”All the above events and many others are hosted at the unique and eco-friendly garden, Trans Atlantic Centre in Okene.”
