The Federal Government has has repatriated to the country, 22 family members of suspected Islamic State of Iraq (ISIS) fighters killed in Libya.
The Head, Media and Public Relations of the Nigerian Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), Abdur-Rahman Balogun, who disclosed this in a statement,also said that 79 other Nigerians were also evacuated from Liberia
The returnees arrived the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at 10.15 pm, aboard Airforce C130, adding “the evacuees came with Negative PCR test for Covid- 19.”
They were received by officials of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, NIDCOM and other relevant government agencies.
