Noting that his tenure has been challenging, Faleye said: “The past seventeen months have been challenging, to say the least. We have navigated a difficult environment, faced institutional pressures, and carried the weight of high expectations that come with our mandate.
“Despite these obstacles, you have continued to perform your duties with professionalism, integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility.
“These challenging times have tested our resolve, but they have also reminded us of what truly sustains an institution: people who remain committed, focused, and dedicated to the cause, even in the face of adversity.
“Together, we have upheld the highest standards, protected the integrity of the Fund, and remained steadfast in our commitment to our mandate”, he stated.
He appreciated the staff for their unwavering dedication and commitment to the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund, and assure that the management would strengthen the Fund with a view to meeting its goals.
He said:”As we look ahead, Management is resolute in its determination to address our challenges in a deliberate and responsible manner. We will continue to take the necessary steps to stabilize, strengthen, and reposition the Fund for future success.
“I am also mindful of the expectations of our staff, particularly with regards to welfare. On the recommendations of your Executive Management, the Board has approved certain measures, subject to further regulatory approvals that will address these concerns. Your patience and confidence in us are greatly appreciated.
“I encourage you to remain focused, united, and committed to our shared vision. The work we do is critical, and the future of NSITF will be shaped by our collective determination to overcome present challenges and emerge stronger.
