The United States of America says  only fully vaccinated persons against COVID-19 will be allowed Into the country  from November 8, 2021.
The United States,in his new guidelines  insisted  that travellers into the country must provide proof of full Covid-19 vaccination before boarding airplanes.
In a statement, US Nigeria Mission disclosed that the country’s Centre for Disease Control (CDC) authorized only FDA approved and authorized vaccines; and vaccines listed under Emergency Use Listing (EUL) by the World Health Organization (WHO).
Describing the new guidelines as “a consistent approach,” the statement explained that by the new guidelines, travellers into the country by air will show evidence of negative Covid-19 test taken three days before their trips.
It added that the new guidelines include “US citizens, lawful permanent residents (LPRs), and foreign nationals. For example, if a vaccinated traveler is travelling to the United States on Saturday, they can test from Wednesday…”
“With the implementation of these new vaccine requirements, foreign national travelers who have been in one of the 33 countries with restrictions do not need to obtain national interest exceptions in order to travel to the United States,” the statement added.
