Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court  in Abuja, on Thursday,   ordered that Biafran Nation agitator, Mazi Nnamdi, be taken  out of the courtroom because he became rude halfway into proceedings.

Omotosho had fixed today to deliver judgement on the case of alleged terrorism charge filed against Kanu by the Federal Government.

Earlier in the day, Justice Omotosho, had earlier ruled and dismissed three fresh motions filed by Kanu after the case was adjourned for judgment and dismissed them for being unmeritorious.

But, as the judge prepared to deliver the ruling earlier scheduled for Thursday, Kanu argued that the trial judge court could not proceed because he (Kanu) was yet to file his final written address.

Kanu accused the judge of bias, claiming that the judge did not know the law.

Kanu has since been taken out of the courtroom, while the judge is preparing to read the final judgment.
