Bar. Rafiu Oyeyemi Balogun, SAN, one of the 147 professional golfers in Ilorin for the Kwara Open Golf Tournament says that golfing requires more focus than required in law.
He said that regularly playing the game enhances sexual performance.
He spoke on the sidelines of the two day tournament holding at the Ilorin Golf Club on Saturday after playing his first 18 holes.
“Those swings are good for your body,” he said warming up to the topic on how he feels after the game.
“Each swing exercises your heart. It exercises all parts of the body including the waist.It helps your performance in bed.
“All those swings, left, right, center helps you achieve maximum performance in bed. You will be fit and proper to have it.
” You need no medication to enhance your libido after a game of golf,” he said.
He further stated that golf might appear simple to a novice but, from his experience, it is way more tideous than law practice.
“Taking a shot in golf required mind and body. You must be absolutely focused.
“Every shot matters in golf. Your alignment must be in sync with your mind. It is just like mathematics.
” In law, I read my briefs and read law reports. I can do all that while sipping malt, or beer for those who take alcohol. But in golf, it requires discipline.
On the 7th edition of the tournament, Bar Balogun SAN said that he is proud of Ilorin Golf Club where he belongs and had to fly in from Abuja to be part of the tournament.
