Former governors of Osun, Adegboyega Oyetola, Yobe, Ibrahim Geidam, Zamfara, Bello Matawalle and Plateau states, Simon Lalong, were among the 19 new ministerial nominees sent to the Senate on Wednesday as second batch by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Other nominees are:Abdullahi Tijjani Gwarzo, Bosun Tijani, Dr Dr Maryam Shetty, Isiak Salako, Tunji Alausa, Dr Yusuf Tanko Sununu, Atiku Bagudu, Lola Ade John and Shuaibu Abubakar Audu.
Others include; Prof Tahir Mamman, Senator Aliyu Sabi Abdullahi, Senator Alkali Ahmed Saidu, Senator Heineken Lokpobori, Uba Maigari Ahmadu and Zaphaniah Bitrus Jisalo.
