Bola Ahmed Tinubu a national leader of the All Progressivea Congress ( APC) on Friday, told Nasarawa state delegates that he has genuine vision for Nigeria that would transform its current poverty status to prosperity.
Tinubu,who disclosed this when he met with the delegates,implored to vote for the during the forthcoming party primaries election.
He said if elected as a president his government would focus on unity, progress and development of Nigeria irrespective of tribal, religious and geopolitical locations.
“I want to appealed to you to support my presidential ambition by voting for me to clinch the party’s ticket at the forthcoming primary election”, he added.
He also said that if he is elected as a president in 2023, his goverment would address challenges facing education, agricultural and tackling prevalence insecurity challenges in the country.
He maintained that he has track records, experience, training and the vision of changing the nation from its current poverty status to prosperity.
He added:” Together will stand to defeat terrorists, banditry insecurity and povertyI am focused, I know the way to end poverty, I know the road to get our children to be educated and fed well, I know the way to stop the strike in the University and upgrade salaries and all of that arguments, I know the way that we most maintain our electric transmission line,I know the fact that there cannot be rapid development rather to pay attention to electricity.
In his remark, Abdullahi Sule, the governor of Nasarawa state ,said Nigerian are yearning for a good candidate who understand what Nigeria needs in order to reposition the country.
He added that with Tinubu, he is confident that the need will be achieved.
