Mainstream Energy Solutions Limited (MESL) has appointed Mal. Siraj Abdullahi as its incoming Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer.
The outgoing MD/CEO, Engr. Lamu Audu, introduced his successor during a courtesy visit to the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) in Abuja.
He thanked NERC for its support and partnership throughout his tenure, stressing the role of effective regulation in growing Nigeria’s electricity supply industry.
He expressed that Abdullahi has the capacity to build on the company’s achievements and deepen its contribution to the sector.
The Commission welcomed the delegation and congratulated Mal. Siraj Abdullahi on his appointment, while commending Engr. Lamu Audu for his contributions to the electricity industry.
It also reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining an effective partnership with Mainstream Energy and other industry stakeholders towards improving sector performance, strengthening investment and ensuring a more reliable electricity supply for electricity consumers.
