A governorship hopeful, Dr. Ayobami Lam-Adesina, has unveiled his strategic vision for Oyo State in the 2027 governorship election.
Ayobami, the son of a former governor, is vying for the number one position of the state under the All Progressives Congress.
In a statement, Ayobami, said his vision toward a projected ideological frame is to build a state where governance is compassionate inclusive and people-centred.
He also emphasized that his mission is to implement policies that prioritize human development, reduce poverty, expand opportunities for youth and women and ensure that every citizen benefit from the resources of the state.
Welfarism position of thought in good governance, he said, can build a versatile society where progress is shared, opportunities are equal and the welfare of people remains the supreme law of governance.
He added:”My good people of oyo state, i bring a message with a mission of hope that never lost, the progress of progressivism idea and people centred governance, our people deserve a government cares for them, a government that ensure that every child has access to affordable health care, a government that ensure that every child has access to quality education and every young person has the opportunity to work and build a better future.
“If given the opportunity to pilot the affair of pacesetter state, I will focus on policies that directly improve the lives of our people, we shall invest education, strengthen our health care system, empower our farmers, support small businesses and introduce youth developmental programme.
“It is my believed that leadership is not about power of frivolities, it is about service, it is about putting people first and ensuring that government resources are channel for the benefit of everyone as i forsee better future to come.
“Join me as i offer myself as a living sacrifice of a special task/assignment of good governance, let us rise together, work together and build a brighter future for our state.”
