Justice James Omotosho, of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, has convicted Nnamdi Kanu of all the 7-count terrorism charge, levelled against him by the Department of State Services (DSS).
He held that the prosecution led sufficient credible evidence to establish its case against Kanu, stressing the court has no option than to believe the evidence as led by the prosecution since the defendant failed to enter his defence.
He said Kanu gambled with his defence by resting his case on that of the prosecution.
