A Federal High Court in Abuja has convicted, a Biafran Nation agitator, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on the offence of engaging in act of terrorism.

In an ongoing judgment on Thursday, Justice James  Omotosho, found Kanu guilty in relation to counts one and two of the seven-count charge levelled against him by the Department of State Services (DSS) on behalf of the Federal Government.

He reasoned that the  threats of violence and killings, including the declaration of sit-at-home in the South East States, in his many broadcasts constitute acts of terrorism.
