ECOWAS Appoints Oyemonlan Youth Ambassador

A financial technology expert, Benjamin Oyemonlan has been appointed youth ambassador by the Economic Community of West African States(ECOWAS).
He was described as a focused, seasoned entrepreneur and a proven blockchain and FinTech solution architect with strong and effective engineering skills.
According to the letter issued and signed by the President, West Africa Youth Council(WAYC), Ambassador Emmanuel S. William and dated December 24, 2021, reads in parts: “I am pleased to confirm that the board of the West African (ECOWAS) Youth Council on the recommendation of his young people has appointed you as a West African Youth Ambassador.
“This appointment is not unconnected with your laudable antecedents of dedication, hard work and diligence in the area of service to humanity and your commendable works as an advocate and relentless crusader of promoting entrepreneurship for African youths.”
Oyemolahan is expected to continue fostering and sustaining professional and productive business relationships across a variety of industries with a view to encouraging youths in the ECOWAS sub-region.
